Interview Tips for Accenture TPE

Recently, I got the interview opportunity from Accenture, TPE. In order to prepare for the interview, I searched for the related information on the Internet and found this note pretty useful. In my experience, the interview at Accenture TPE is quite standard, which proceeds almost exactly like what's described in the note.

My suggestion
Read the note
Find more supplementray information about the details in an interview, especially those about the behavioral interview.
Just take it easy and you will do a good job!

First round:

Quick overview of your resume!

Example:
Why you want to join Accenture?
What you do to
keep in touch with current events and what's going on with Accenture?
Do you
know what you will be doing if you work here?

I dont know what's really important, I think for yourself you should be able to answer the last question (and try to reach out to someone who works at Accenture)



Second Round:



60 minute structured behavioral interview. Ask 4 questions, 15 mins each. Pretty standard and all questions ask to use your own experiences as part of the answer.

Example:
Describe a technically challenging problem you
encountered and how did you solve it. Name a time when you had to lead a
group through an event or project.

Third Round:



Good time to ask the questions that are always on your mind. Of course you ask them to the analysts/consultants who are your hosts. I asked them to give me their best/worst personal experience, to describe the performance reviews and if they thought it was fair, perks on the road. They were pretty honest and didnt give me sugar-coated responses. I heard some pretty interesting stories for their "worst" experiences. As far as the real interviews, they were very casual. No structured questions and just a normal conversation to basically ensure that I wanted to work at Accenture and I was not oblivious to what the job had in store for me.



It's not a hard interview process but you have to have material to talk about and it has to be at the tip of your tongue. If done right, you can learn a lot about the experiences of people who work at Accenture along the way as well.
